The quickest way to get a real answer is to call and describe the building.
Call (929) 955-4177. Tell us the building and what you want done, and we will tell you what it involves.
What to have ready
- whether it is a co op, a condo, a two family house or a rental
- which floor, and whether there is an elevator
- roughly what you want done, and whether anything is moving
- your alteration agreement or house rules, if you have them
What happens next
If it sounds like a job for us we arrange a visit. We measure, look at the access, and ask what the building requires. After that you get a written scope in parts with a price against each one.
