About Stoneva General Contractors
A general contractor working across Queens, based in Fresh Meadows.
Stoneva General Contractors works across Queens from Union Turnpike in Fresh Meadows. Most of what we do is interior work in buildings people are living in: painting, renovation, kitchens and bathrooms.
How we work
We price from a written scope, which means somebody looks before you get a number, and the number arrives in parts you can compare and change. One person is responsible for your job and is who you call.
What we take on, and what we do not
Interior renovation, painting and plastering, kitchens, bathrooms, carpentry and flooring.
We are not a design practice, and plumbing and electrical work is done by licensed trades we bring in and coordinate, which is how the law requires it. Structural work and anything needing an architect to file it is outside what we take on alone, and we say so at the visit.
Where we work
Across Queens. The stock is the most varied in the city, and working out which kind of building you are in is the first thing we do rather than an afterthought.
Talk it through
Tell us the apartment and the building, and we will tell you what the work involves.
